1. How can I return my order?

Not satisfied with your order? Please send us an e-mail to info@salora-london.com, we are happy to help you with the returning process.

2. The expected delivery time has been exceeded. Where is my order?

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time.

Unfortunately, an order may be delayed in the delivery process.

You can check the status by e-mail with our customer service. Please include your order number and send the e-mail from the same e-mail address you used when placing the order.

3. When can I expect my order?

We believe that you should not pay too much for a desired product, which is why we ship the products directly from our supplier.

This saves costs for shipping, storage and packaging, so we can offer the products at a competitive price.

The time frame for processing orders is divided into several parts: Processing time: the order is approved, checked for quality and packed.

All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for shipment within 24 hours of order placement.

Delivery time: This refers to the time it takes to ship the goods from the fulfillment center to the final destination.

The delivery time is usually 7-15 working days.

4. Not satisfied with your order?

Not satisfied with your order? Before opening a complaint in your PayPal portal, please contact info@salora-london.com with the subject “DISPUTE”.

These emails will be treated with the highest priority and will solve your problem faster than a complaint in the PayPal portal!

5. Where can I find my track & trace code?

You can track your package with the 6- or 7-digit order number (#xxxxx) and your e-mail address.
