Exchanges and Returns

Important: We do not offer free returns; charges apply.

Return Policy

Conditions:

- Returns within 30 days of receipt.
- All parts, components, and original packaging must be intact.
- No signs of careless handling; damage excluded.
- Hygiene products must be cleaned before returning.
- Defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.
- Customer may be charged for shipping costs.
- Returns are processed within 7 working days.

To initiate a return:
- Send an email to: info@salora-london.com
- Include: Order number, reason for return, photo of the damaged product, customer's first and last name, address.

Right of Withdrawal:
- Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt.
- An automated system means that refunds are not possible upon receipt of the goods.
- Inform Salora-London via email about the withdrawal.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Goods shipped from Asia; cancellation is not possible once goods are in transit.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days, excluding shipping costs.
- All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense.
